Lela Radović was born in Podgorica, where she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro and currently holds the title of Bachelor of Laws. After completing her basic studies at the Faculty of Law in Podgorica, she enrolled a master’s degree studies with the major in business and law.
She started her first job at the law firm “Ivanović, Vuksanović & Kovač”, where she gained experience as a trainee lawyer in legal research work, as well as independent work with clients in the form of writing lawsuits, appeals, and representation before the court.
Since February 2024, she has been engaged in the Civic Alliance as a Legal Advisor, as part of the UNHCR project entitled “Provision of legal aid to asylum seekers, refugees and persons at risk of statelessness in Montenegro”.
In her free time she likes to read, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.
