Danijela Darmanović was born in Pljevlja. She completed her undergraduate and specialist studies at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Montenegro, specializing in European Studies.
After completing her undergraduate studies, she volunteered for two years at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the Directorate for the United Nations, where she became familiar with the work of UN. She was a participant in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on Strategic Trade Management and Export Control, organized by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the United States. She completed Diplomatic Academy.
Danijela was a participant in the School of Transitional Justice organized by YIHR.
She passed the professional exam for work in state institutions and completed basic courses in accounting and photography.
She has a daughter Sara and a son Petar with her husband Nemanja.
