Mileva Delibašić was born in Nikšić. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro.

She started her first job at the law firm of Jovanka Mijanović in Nikšić,where she gained experience as a trainee lawyer in legal research work, as well as independent work with clients in the form of writing lawsuits, appeals, and representation before the court.

Since September 2022, she has been engaged in the Civic Alliance as a legal advisor, as part of the UNHCR project entitled “Providing legal assistance to asylum seekers, refugees and persons at risk of statelessness in Montenegro”.

In her leisure time, she likes to read, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.
