Petar Vukčević was born in Podgorica, where he graduated from and finished specialist studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro

He spent part of his education at the Faculty of Law in Vienna, where, apart from his professional studies, improved his knowledge of the German language.

He started working at the law office “AOD Ćupić” where he worked as a trainee lawyer and gained experience in legal research work, as well as independent work with clients in the form of writing lawsuits, appeals, and representation before the court.

From a high school period and during his studies, he was actively engaged in debate, and won several state awards and international competitions.

He speaks English and German fluently, and have basic knowlege of Russian and Spanish.

In his free time he likes to read, play the guitar and travel.
