Vučić Filipović was born in Podgorica, where he completed his studies at the Faculty of Law. He currently holds a Master’s degree in Legal Sciences with a specialization in International Law. During his academic career, he distinguished himself with outstanding academic achievements. He is a recipient of the Dean’s Awards for the highest academic performance in his generation, the Bar Association of Montenegro Award “Prof. Dr. Petar Stojanović” for the best student of the 2021/2022 academic year, the University of Montenegro Award for the best student of the Faculty of Law in his generation, and the “December 19” Award from the Capital City of Podgorica for excellence in his master’s studies.
His professional career began as the Coordinator of the Human Rights and Freedoms Protection Team at the NGO Network for Youth Activism of Montenegro, where he organized various workshops, training sessions, and other activities in the field of human rights and freedoms, enabling him to apply his academic knowledge in practice. Concurrently, he completed an internship at NLB Bank.
In addition to his formal education, recognizing the importance of non-formal education for holistic personal development, he honed his soft skills such as communication, time management, decision-making, meeting facilitation, and leadership through various training programs and workshops both domestically and internationally.
Since November 2024, he has been employed as a Legal Advisor at the NGO Civic Alliance within the framework of the UNHCR project titled “Providing Legal Assistance to Asylum Seekers, Refugees, and Persons at Risk of Statelessness in Montenegro.”
