For almost a decade, activists of YIHR and 35mm have been supporting citizens in defending their civil and human rights, assisting them in overcoming the problems of poor institutional cooperation and inappropriate interpretation of legal norms as well as tardiness and lack of responsibility of individual civil servants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gamn.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/memo_eng.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Memo<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Civic Alliance is formally registered as foundation under number 179 on 9th September 2011. Original name of the foundation is \u201eGradanska alijansa\u201c, and its Albanian name is \u201eAliansa qytetare\u201c.
