Inadequate relations of the country and lack of support had for the result that Montenegro came in line with the countries whose citizens (in percents) filed the largest number of applications to the European Court, in comparison to the number of citizens in the country. Insufficient presence of representatives and large number of applications and verdicts significantly contribute to this situation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CA believes it is inacceptable that, since 2006, Montenegro has not established the Office for professional and administrative affairs for the needs of representing before the Court for Human Rights.
