Veronique Brumeaux, Ambassador of France in Montenegro, H.E. Gudrun Elisabeth Steinacker, Ambassador of Germany in Montenegro and Igor Vu\u0161urovi\u0107 from Directorate for Youth and Sport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"><\/span>Mr Frank Moraweitz, representative of French-German Youth Office in Berlin and representatives of NGO sector from Montengro, Mr Igor Milosevic from NGO ZID and Jasmina Lazovi\u0107, Program Coordinator in Youth Initiative for Human Rights in Belgrade, spoke about the models of institutionalization of regional programs for youth at the Western Balkan, the role of civil society in regional youth exchange in programs and about cooperation of youth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Youth wing of political parties from Montenegro also attended the conference.
