Tomorrow, September 4, 2023, at 11 a.m., the Civic Alliance will organize a press conference, “Together against Human Rights Violations in Montenegro,” which will take place in the premises of the Civic House, at the address Petra Dedića 26, Podgorica where the awarding of contracts for the implementation of projects for six local NGOs in Montenegro. We organize the awarding of contracts within the framework of the subgranting competition organized as part of the project “Without impunity for violations and violations of human rights in Montenegro,” with the support of the EU Delegation in Montenegro and co-financing by the Ministry of Public Administration.

Twenty project applications covering various areas of human rights were submitted to the Civic Alliance competition, of which the Application Evaluation Commission selected six of the highest quality based on pre-established criteria.

At tomorrow’s press conference, the project manager of the EU Delegation in Montenegro, Ana Mariguesa Lorentzen, as well as the program director of the Civic Alliance, Milan Radović, will address the attendees, who will introduce more about the project, the local NGOs that were awarded the grant, and the importance of their project applications.
