It is our pleasure to announce that PH.D. Nebojša Vučinić is a new member of Civic Alliance Council. Our striving to civic and democratic society in Montenegro, based on the rule of law, will be additionally enriched with knowledge and experience of the former judge of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, the Professor at the Faculty of Law in Podgorica and the founder of Human Rights Center.
Civic Alliance Council is body dealing with the long-term development and has the counselling function in our organization. Besides Mr Vučinić, members of the Council are Professor Gordana Đurović, Professor Olivera Komar, Branislav Radulović, Džemal Perović and Vedran Džihić.
