HARD LIFE OF MIGRANTS DID NOT DIMINISH THEIR PASSION FOR ART

Migration represent one of the greatest global challenges, that does not avoid Montenegro. Since 2006, until the end of 2020, almost 16.000 people sought asylum in our country. Since 2019, Civic Alliance prvides free legal assistance to asylum seekers and people with approved international protection. In that period, we provided legal information and provided help to 6724 persons.Among them was S.K. from Iran, an artist who lives with his family in Montenegro. S.K. exibited his paintings in Cultural and Information Center “Budo Tomović”. His passion for art was not reduced by security reasons, which was the reason for leaving the origin country.
