Dr. Predrag Zenović (1986) is a political science lecturer and researcher at the Humanities Studies University of Donja Gorica in Podgorica (Montenegro). He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade, and received his master’s degree in international law and human rights from the Faculty of Law in Riga (Riga Graduate School of Law). After completing his doctoral studies (Erasmusmundus, EU) in the field of political theory and European studies at LUISS (Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli, Italy) and the University of Geneva (Université de Genève, Switzerland), he was a scholarship holder in the postdoctoral program New Europe College in Bucharest (Romania) with a project on citizenship and constitutional identity that included a study visit to the Wissenschaftskolleg in Berlin (Germany). He is the recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship for 2020/2021 for a research project in the field of feminist political theory at the New School for Social Research in New York (The New School for Social Research, United States of America). He is the author of two books in the field of political theory and over thirty academic papers in domestic and international scientific journals on citizenship, constitutionalism, identity, gender studies and other areas of normative political theory.
He is also employed at the Faculty of Legal Sciences and the Faculty of Culture and Tourism – study program of International Studies for Hospitality and Management – Vatel at the University of Donja Gorica.
