Participants of the first generation of the Academy for Women in Politics were ceremonially awarded certificates for successfully completing the training last weekend in Budva. The certificates were awarded by Danijela Darmanović, a representative of the Civic Alliance, and Rolf Roisch, Chargé d’Affaires at the German Embassy in Montenegro.

The certificate ceremony was preceded by the third module of the Academy, titled “Life Between Prejudices and Success,” during which Mr. Roisch discussed with the participants the importance of public dialogue, which is essential for a successful reconciliation process and creating positive changes in society.

In addition to representatives from the German Embassy, the participants also attended a lecture by communications expert Goran Delić.

Through vivid examples in his presentation and discussions with the participants, Mr. Delić explained how institutional communication in Montenegro has become a tool for inter-party conflicts.
