MONTENEGRO HOSTS THE FIRST SEMINAR IN THE FRAME OF RAD 2015

RAD-2014

Seven schools of political studies from Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania and Croatia jointly with the Montenegrin School of Democratic Leadership, implement this project for the third year in a row, directed towards strengthening of actual democratic processes, standards of human and minority rights, in the spirit of regional cooperation and reconciliation on the Balkan.

Each of the countries that implement this program candidates seven (decision makers) representatives of political parties, public institutions, or local self-governments, who strengthen their capacities in specific area through the program of RAD and four modules that last four days.

Regional Academy for Democracy 2015, is devoted to “Development of democratic institutions”. The first module will take place at the Hotel “Maestral” in Budva, from 26 February until 1 March 2015, and will be devoted to the topic “Good Governance on the Western Balkan: Achievements of Democratic Transition”.

Dean of RAD 2015 is Mr Pierre Mirel, former Director of the DG Enlargement Unit for Western Balkan.
