Kristina Gojčaj was born in Tuzi. She graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Montenegro, majoring in International Relations and Political Science.
During her studies, she was actively involved in various extracurricular activities. She is currently serving as the National Coordinator for Students for Liberty in Montenegro, and is also a co-founder of this international organization in the country. In her role, she is responsible for organizing and coordinating numerous events and initiatives that promote the principles of individual liberty, human rights, and the free market.
Within her academic and professional interests, she has participated in numerous international conferences and seminars, including LibertyCon Europe, New Intellectuals Conference, European Top Leadership Retreat, and Western Balkans Regional Retreat.
She has also actively taken part in international programs and courses that have enabled her to expand her knowledge in key areas of political and social sciences. As a participant of the Prishtina International Summer University (PISU), she completed the course “American Government and Politics” in 2023 at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina,” where she gained a deep understanding of the American political system, legislative processes, and political institutions. In July 2024, she attended the course “European Values and Cultural Rights,” through which she enhanced her understanding of European values, cultural diversity, and human rights within the European context. She also completed the “Energy Law” course in 2022 at the same university, where she acquired knowledge about the legal frameworks of the energy industry, international energy agreements, and legislative regulations related to sustainable energy development.
She is actively engaged in various networks, including membership in the John Galt School Alumni.
Her language competencies include native Albanian, Montenegrin, English, and basic knowledge of Italian.
