Miloš Janketić was born in Bijelo Polje, where he graduated from „Marko Miljanov“ Elementary School and „Miloje Dobrašinović“ Gymnasium. After that, he completed his master’s studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, defending his master’s thesis on the topic “Modern methods of detection and investigation of crime with a network structure – situation in Montenegro and comparative experiences”, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Velimir Rakočević.

He started his first job in 2022 in the law office of lawyer Edvin Zverotić, where as a trainee lawyer for 9 months he gained significant experience in the field of legal research work, cooperation with clients, writing lawsuits, appeals and other submissions for the court and others state institutions.

Then, from January 2023 till the end of March 2024, he was engaged in the NGO MANS as a Program Assistant in the legal sector, where he gained significant experience in the field of administrative procedure and administrative dispute, especially the procedure regulated by the Law on Free Access to Information.

Since April 2024, he has been employed by the Civic Alliance as a Legal Advisor, as part of the UNHCR project entitled “Providing legal assistance to asylum seekers, refugees and persons at risk of statelessness in Montenegro”.

He speaks English and uses Russian.

He likes to spend his free time with his family and friends, travelling, reading books, playing the guitar and chess.
