Civic Alliance Announces a Call for the Best Journalistic Story/Feature on Positive Examples of Interculturalism in Montenegro
The Civic Alliance announces a call for the best journalistic story/feature dedicated to positive examples of interculturalism in Montenegro.
The call is open to all journalists working in Montenegro whose articles or features have been published in media registered in Montenegro. The aim of the call is to encourage the creation of journalistic content that, in an authentic, analytical, and investigative manner, contributes to improving interpersonal and intercultural relations, as well as promoting understanding, trust, and solidarity among different ethnic and cultural groups in society.
Interested applicants may submit their published articles and features electronically to [email protected], with the mandatory subject line: “For the Call”.
Eligible submissions include works published in the period from the date of the opening of the call until March 3, 2026, by 3:00 PM.
The following prizes are предусмотр for the three best journalistic stories:
First prize: gross 500 euros
Second prize: gross 300 euros
Third prize: gross 200 euros
The deadline for submission is March 3, 2026, by 3:00 PM, while the expert jury will announce the decision on the awarded works no later than March 13, 2026.
The call is implemented within the project “Minorities, Past and Future: Lessons for a New Generation”, carried out by the Civic Alliance with the support of the Fund for the Protection and Realization of Minority Rights.
We invite all journalists to contribute through their work to strengthening intercultural dialogue, understanding, and solidarity among different ethnic and cultural communities in Montenegro.
