Nataša Milinić grew up in Herceg Novi. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Donja Gorica, majoring in International Relations and Diplomacy in Podgorica. During her studies, she was involved in academic and research projects, most notably her participation in a Jean Monnet project.

She has professionally advanced through participation in seminars, round tables, and public forums. She is the recipient of an award for outstanding contribution to the program WMD Nonproliferation Norms: Challenges and Disinformation, implemented with the support of the Balkan Security Network.

She has advanced proficiency in English. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and by the seaside.
