Civic Alliance will participate at 16th annual Grantmakers East Forum GEF 2011: Learn. Reflect. Connect on 4-6 October in Riga, Latvia. Forum gathers grantmakers in Central and Eastern Europe with an aim to foster networking and to address the challenges of new era related to question of where does traditional grantmaking fits.
