For almost three years in a row, Civic Alliance conducts monitoring of work of courts in Montenegro, and informs public on its findings via reports that include legal analysis, and results received by the research on the terrain.
Expert discussion “Judiciary Reform” will take place on Friday, 29 March 2013, at 10:00am, at the Law Faculty (Ceremonial hall). The report “Monitoring of work of courts”, developed by Civic Alliance (CA) will be presented at the expert discussion. Research and the development of the report supported USAID, through the East West Management Institute.
Within the project “Monitoring of public services in Montenegro”, in partnership with Ministry of Justice, our 15 monitors conducted two months monitoring of work of basic courts in Montenegro.
