Nađa Pešić was born in Berane, where she completed her primary and secondary education. Nađa completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica with an average grade of 9.27 and specialist studies with an average grade of 10. She graduated with a 10, majoring in justice administration.

She started her first job at the Labudović Law Firm, where she received professional training for 9 months. After completing professional training and specialist studies, she passed the exam for trainees in the courts and state prosecutor’s offices. Nađa then spent 3 years in the judiciary – one year in the Basic Court in Podgorica, one year in the High Court in Podgorica and six months each in the Commercial Court of Montenegro and the Administrative Court of Montenegro. She attended numerous seminars and training courses organized by the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor’s Office.

She is engaged in the Civil Alliance as a legal advisor, as part of the UNHCR project entitled “Provision of legal aid to asylum seekers, refugees, and persons at risk of statelessness in Montenegro”.

Nađa likes to spend her free time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling and walks in nature.
