Arian Marini

Project Assistant

Arian Marini is a versatile professional with a robust educational background and a wealth of experience in public policy, management, international relations, and entrepreneurship.

Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Public Policy, with a minor in International Relations, Arian established the foundations for his career in policy analysis and strategic management. His academic journey ingrained in him a deep understanding of governance structures, policy formulation, and the complexities of international affairs.

Building upon his undergraduate studies, Arian pursued a Double Master’s Degree from the University of Sarajevo and the University of Bologna, Faculty of Political Sciences. Titled the European Regional Master’s Programme in Democracy and Human Rights in South East Europe, this prestigious program equipped him with specialized knowledge in democracy promotion, human rights advocacy, and regional cooperation. Through rigorous coursework, research projects, and diverse learning opportunities, he strengthened his analytical skills, while simultaneously gaining a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the region.

With a solid academic foundation, Arian embarked on a professional journey marked by diverse experiences and notable achievements. As a Public Policy Intern at Democracy Plus, he actively contributed to parliamentary committees’ work, playing a vital role in organizing meetings, conducting research, and preparing reports. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence earned him recognition for his contributions to the organization.

Transitioning to the Institute for Scientific Research and Development (ISRD), Arian assumed the role of Assistant Manager. As the Assistant Manager of ISRD, he oversaw various aspects of scientific research management and organizational operations. Arian’s responsibilities ranged from editing research papers and conducting academic research to organizing conferences and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. His approach and skillset contributed to ISRD’s growth and reputation within the academic community.

In addition to the abovementioned, while seeking broader experiences, Arian ventured into the corporate sector as an Assistant Manager at “Nente Vellezerit Sh.p.k.” Here, he gained firsthand insights into corporate governance, business strategy, and operational management, further enriching their skill set and perspective.

Currently, while also being the Project Coordinator of the School of Political Studies of Montenegro, Arian also serves as the Manager of his own business in the tourism industry, leveraging his diverse set of skills and entrepreneurship to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Throughout his journey, Arian has remained committed to lifelong learning, innovation, and making a positive impact in his respective fields. His multidisciplinary background, coupled with his passion for driving positive change, sets him as a dynamic individual eager for progress in the realms of policy, management, and entrepreneurship.
