Activities will continue with the Youth Summit Program in Sarajevo in organization of regional Network of Youth Initiative for Human Rights.
Political Youth Network has been established on 14 April at the Establishing Assembly that took place in Zagreb 2014. PYN is the first network of this type that connects political youth from the region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo), which is not ideologically and program based but is based on system of values, which advocated all political parties notwithstanding ideology and political background, such as universal democratic values and respect of human rights. PYN Assembly shall gather this year in Sarajevo more than 30 political youth organizations from the region, where they will discuss about future activities of the Network and plan future activities, while special part of it will be devoted to accessing of new members to the Network.
After General Assembly of Network of political organization, Youth Summit will start on 14 October 2015 at 20:00 in Sarajevo with ceremonial opening at the Assembly of City of Sarajevo. Sarajevo Summit 2015 will gather more than 150 participants from the whole world. Its concept is envisaged as three levels of panels (global, regional and Bosnia and Herzegovina) that will cover the most important actual topics and collecting of young people who will exchange opinions and standpoints and meet each other.
One of the most important topics of the Summit this year will be regional cooperation of youth, the need for establishing of the Regional office for cooperation of youth in the Western Balkan, especially in the light of Berlin Process. Under this Process, countries of the Western Balkan signed Declaration on establishing of Regional Youth Office.
Youth Initiative for Human Rights in Montenegro is the member and founder of nongovernmental organization Civic Alliance.
