The main theme of the program was the cooperation of young people in the region, the formation of the Union of Youth and special exchange program of young people in the region by model of Franco-German Youth Office, which was established in 1963. This visit came as a result of the political decision of the German Government to support the establishment of the Union of young people in the Western Balkans, which should include civil society organizations and government institutions.

Mr. Koljenovic presented the activities that the Civic Alliance conducted in cooperation with partnerners- Youth Initiative for Human Rights in the region so far in this direction, especially in light of the meetings held with representatives of the competent authorities in each of the five countries.

The participants were representatives of recognized civil society organizations from seven countries in the region (Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro) dealing with youth and regional cooperation.
