Members of the Working Body have duties and competences defined by the Law on Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, by the Rules of work of the Protector of human rights and freedoms of Montenegro and by Methodology of work of NPM.

The Protector elected eleven members of the Working Body.
