Within the project “Monitoring of public services in Montenegro”, in partnership with Ministry of Justice, our 15 monitors conducted two months monitoring of work of basic courts in Montenegro. In April and May, monitors observed bearers of justice in Ulcinj, Bar, Cetinje, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Danilovgrad, Herceg Novi, Kolasin, Kotor, Niksic, Zablajk, Rozaje, Plav, Pljevlja and Podgorica.
