Virtual School of Democratic Leadership started to work on 17 April. The School opened the lecture of Ph.D. Steinar Bryn from Norway, titled “Nansen Dialogue”. This year s School shall last until 24 July 2012 and the participants shall have the opportunity to achieve new knowledge, to improve the existing one, to exchange experiences and standpoints from the area of human rights, public policies, democracy and democratic order, dialogue. Five of the most active participants shall have the opportunity to participate at the World Forum of Democracy that shall be organized in Strasbourg in October 2012. The School is supported by the OSCE Mission nd Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
